Pours opaque orange color with a 1-2 finger foamy white head that was full of bubbles, fading slowly and leaving excellent foamy lacing with thick foam rings as it went down. Straight outta Brooklyn, Grimm is keeping it real.
The aroma is grapefruit, starfruit, lemon zest, tangerine, melon, graham cracker, faint pineapple, guava, fresh cut grass, herbs, mild piney hops, floral accents like coriander and peppery spices. A lot more fruity than I expected for a DDH brew, but I thought that nose was really enjoyable and well balanced.
Tastes like orange juice, lemon, pineapple, coriander, floral hops, tea leaf, fresh cut grass, herbs almost like weed, biscuit, toasted grains, sweet malt, light peppery spices and a trailing combo of pine cone and earthy notes. Not as fruit as the nose, it was certainly more influenced by the double dry hopping. Well balanced, smooth and very easy to drink. This hides the ABV beautifully and had nice mellow carbonation and a slightly bitter yet very enjoyable finish.

Poured from a 16oz can into a speiglau ipa glass.
Look is an extremely hazy orange amber with a thick full white head.
Aroma is a strong herbal citrus.
Delicious
