22 oz bomber, thanks bro- Pours hazy orangeish golden with minimal head. Aroma is guava, mango, tart and appealing. The flavor is mango, guava, tangerine, mild and moderately tart. Bubbly carbonation, light on the palate. Delicious

Hazy, yellow-orange color with medium head and effervescent body. Tropical fruit top notes waft up to the nose before giving way to the sweet taste of guava and mango tantalizing the tongue intensely then fading into a refreshing, sour "pop!" heart note that tricks the mouth into want to puckering just as the smooth balance of perfection takes over preventing it from doing so. Finally, the wheat/yeast base note finishes off smoothly with the added touch of sweet vanilla and milk sugar, which prevents it from being too harsh and ruining the beauty of this artisanal sour.

I like the pop series because they are always light, slightly sweet and sour, yet full of flavor. This one is a prime example, bursting off the nose with mango, guava, melon, lemon, vanilla, sugar, orange and grape. Taste has more of the typical wheat base, but does cut into fruits a little. Feel is a little light and highly carbonated, but smooth and frothy.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 7/2018. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/fairly tart/tangy mango, guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, papaya, red/green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, citrus/tropical hops, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/fairly tart/tangy mango, guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, papaya, red/green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; and light bitter/spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy mango, guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus/peel zest, peach, pear, pineapple, papaya, red/green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, citrus/tropical hops, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, acidic/tangy, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is an awesome fruited milkshake Berliner weisse. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, citrus/tropical hops, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty crisp/refreshing to drink, with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. This felt a bit more acidic/tangy than most of the others from them, but still impressive. Great balance of juicy fruits, Azacca hops, Lacto, lactose, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.

You can't stop the Pop! Especially when you've got Grimm Artisinal Ales coming up with fruity concoctions balanced with milk sugars and laid on a bed of sourness. So the agreeable topical fruits of guava and mango seem like a home run with a flavor pop off the bat.

Turbidly hazy and rich with a matte gold appearance, the beer's short lived but meringue-like froth sheds a tropical, citrus and tangy scent that hits the nose with a pop of grapefruit. Mango Guava Pop then leads with a taste of fructose, croissant and pulled candy as its maltiness is simple, doughy and sweet.

Those rich sweetnesses and textures lighten considerably over the middle palate as the taste of fruits dance along the tastebuds with the tangy, under ripened character of both mango and guava in seemingly equal parts; and with underlying nuances of pineapple, orange and grape. Teasing and taunting the senses with strong impressions of white grapefruit juice, a bitter and sour interplay closes the session with a pop of citrus and a balance of vanilla and cream.

Medium bodied but somewhat full for berlinerweiss, the sourness is certainly in check but the robust malts that linger on the finish has the beer felling pastry-rich and creamy. A medium long linger of grapefruit peels exceeds the limits of macerated tropical fruits for a clean, crisp and highly refreshing aftertaste.

L: Hazy golden yellow in color. Somewhat murky in appearance. Color resembles pineapple juice, but with 2 fingers worth of a dense, frothy head. Moderate lacing on the glass.
S: Huge notes of guava. I mean, as soon as I opened the bottle, the guava smells came gushing out. Mango also present on the nose, with a touch of lemon and papaya. Vanilla also detectible, which mixes nicely with the sweetness coming from the lactose. This thing smells great.
T: Follows the nose, but really balances out the fruit flavors nicely. Guava is upfront, with a sweet/tart thing going on. The mango then is detectible next, bringing a rather sweet flavor the mix. The finish is fruit sweet with lingering lactose flavor. Vanilla seems to resonate in the mouth after I drink. Very nicely done.
F: Medium in body and in weight, with just a touch of carbonation. Dreamy.
O: Another incredible offering in the Pop! series. I tell ya, Grimm's Pop! series just might rank amongst my top favorite brews. I am very glad to have tried, and I would hands down buy again. Cheers!
