YEARBOOK 2025: an ultra small batch imperial stout aged in a single perfect bourbon barrel for four years. Smooth, rich and balanced with notes of vanilla, chocolate, dark fruit, charred oak, and warming booze. It’s incredible what time can do. 12%

Incredible vanilla and cherry dark chocolate on the nose immediately on opening the bottle. Pours thick jet black, with minimal but very dark brown reddish head, with very little lacing. Nose is huge bourbon, oak, vanilla, cherry, chocolate, sweet coffee mocha. Taste is sweet cherry, bourbon, more chocolate, port wine, coffee. Rich, thick, luscious, boozy feel. This is a very good bourbon barrel stout.
