16 oz can dated 07/08/2025. 19 days old as of review. Picked it up at the grocery store.

Hops: Simcoe, Rakau, Citra

I wasn't sure what a "modern" West Coast IPA is, but Grimm's description is apt. This is delicious and surprisingly refreshing for the amount of hop character it has. I don't really find the bitterness there, but that could be my palate. I'm not complaining though. Grimm continues to make outstanding beer.
