Virtue is a delicate abbey inspired ale characterized by light spicy notes of lemon and pepper. Brewed with Grains of Paradise and other subtle spices. Our latest version of this beer is lightly dry hopped with Palisade.

what a beautiful looking beer - hazy with a golden orange color, super creamy-fluffy bright white head. aromas are pungent bubblegum, orange, mellow spice, some grassy herbal character. palate is similar, gummy quality, orange peel and sweet candied orange, grainy bread notes, lemon, mellow funk and spice. great brew!

Can from The Packie
Lightly hazy dark yellow with a thin white head that slowly dissipates. Earthy lightly tart with hints of lemon pepper and clove. Pretty tasty beer.

From the 16 oz. can that with a smudged 2018 stamped date. Sampled on December 30, 2018.
It pours a light amber color with a quick lasting, white fizzy head. Some cloudiness.
The aroma is pure Belgian-style with a toasted bread and biscuit character, a Belgian yeast note, sweet, lemongrass, pear, and apple.
The mouthfeel is light to medium.
The taste has a kind of herbal quality and a sweet toasted malt character with a citrus bite and a mild to moderate dry finish. Decent.

On the can, it reads "Belgian style table beer" and so I poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a fairly thick paper golden color with a small white foamy head sliding off fairly quick. Some lace here and there.
The aroma had some grassy sweet hops with a Belgian sweet yeasty breadiness meshing in finely for a wonderful balance. Subtle bubblegum.
The flavor definitely yielded towards the sweet Belgian side of the bready malts. Light bubblegum. Slight touch of hop spice then a light lemon cake/bready maltiness closer to the back end. Mild aftertaste of grassiness, Belgian yeasty breadiness, bubblegum, and lemon cake.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fine sessionability about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Fairly smooth on the finish with some grassy hops, lemon cake and Belgian yeast.
Overall, patersbier? Grissette? Belgian pale ale? Belgian IPA? Belgian saison? Not sure which one or if this is supposed to be a blend of all five styles. I'd still have again.
