From a 16 oz. can marked 032521. Sampled on National Beer Day 2021.
Attractive golden colored pour with good clarity and a diminishing ivory head. Lacing.
The aroma is more toasted bread and malt forward with the piney hops hovering around the background.
Smooth, medium mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet and bready at first and then the pine hops move forward but do not overtake the beer. They are there just enoug0t to make it worthwhile.

Can. Pours hazy. Hazier than I was expecting. Big head leaves a white forest-like silhouette on the glass walls. You snap open the can and the hops are pretty evident. This is nearing IPL territory. I get a strong lemon-citrus aroma. Also some piney hops but not really deep or resiny, maybe even minty instead. Hops steal the show in the nose. Flavor is pretty hop forward as well but there are some lager elements that bring it back down to earth a bit. I could see this being someone's favorite Schilling beer but for me, it's on the low end. I enjoy what they do with their other project that allows them to experiment with hoppier beers. This one is sorta stuck in between Schilling and Resilience. I'll take all the clean lagers Schilling can shell out but this one is a little too new-age for my taste.
