Foreign export stout. We brew Shout Out with English black malt and roasted barley as well as a hefty dose of oats and flaked barley to make a luscious chocolatey and coffee like beer.

It’s a black beer with a thin border of brown just at the edges. Medium light brown head. A bit fizzy. Cocoa and cola in the aroma. Bready malt sweetness. Light coffee with mild fruity roast. Light to medium sweetness in the taste. It’s mostly more of the chocolate maltiness. Some cola. Finishes with a molasses note and some citrus hoppiness. Mild bitterness. Normal carbonation. Medium to full body. Fairly creamy, but I expected more from the description. Easy to drink. Classic stout territory.
