Poured a cloudy yellow body with spider lacing and a dirty, earthy hop aroma. Smooth, light body, the dirty, earthy hops (really, it is hop) with some balance from sour acidic tartness, something akin to peppery spice and sweetness. Pretty simple and not much of a saison, struck me more as single hop IPA due to crispness, but an enjoyable beer.
