Septima Saison, after Ybor's La Septima (or Setima!). Pours a lightly hazed straw / lighter gold color with fast settling but creamy white cap, spray of lace partway down the glass. Smell: grassy and peppery with grapefruit segments and citrus zest - orange, lemon. Taste: lemon water, black pepper, grapefruit segments, grassy and crackery back. Light bodied but with fluffy carbonation, finishing with a drying citrusy kick. Refreshing, tasty, and interesting enough. You want to be thinking "hoppy farmhouse pale" because that's what this is.
