Copenhagen 5/3 2023. 33 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. White bottle with a drawing of overripe pomegranates spilling their juice all over the place.
Pours unclear reddish amber with a big white head. Settles as a thin, unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, chemical odor of sweet fruit mingling with lactose and sweetened lemonade. Pomegranate, white sugar. Artificial.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourness. Aftertaste is sweet and chemical. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweet and sugary.
Looks and feels pretty good. But way too sweet and artificial.
