Poured on tap into a 10 oz glass.
L: pours goldenrod with just off white head. High clearity and vibrant color, head made of sup sud bubbles, leaves spotted globs of lace on glass. Head holds for while. Nice.
S:citrus and lemongrass on those nose slight herbal character touch of grapefruit
T: very dry and crisp , more white grapefruit than lemon on the pallet although a small amount of herbal astringency comes across at the end with a slight amount of chalkiness. Finishes dry and bitter.
F: Carbonation is light and allows the beer to shine. Bitterness sticks on the tongue more and leaves the mouth dry after swallowing.
O: A good pale , seems to be built like an english style beer with a splash of american hop character. A very well crafted beer with no discernable flaws. Excellent offering from Fonta Flora.
