One of the most unique beers I've ever had. A hefeweizen/roggenbier hybrid. That uses a saison (and American ale?) yeast(s).. It's ugly as hell. Looks like those turbid north east IPAs. It's sweet with a strong clove presence. The rye malt, and saison yeast add a strange spiciest to play with he bready, banana clove-y hefe notes. It's definitely strange, but highly drinkable.
