Look - Poured into a 12 ounce snifter. Base of the beer poured with Dark black body that poured with about a 1/2 inch of a cream colored head.
Aroma - was of cinnamon, nut meg coco and a little pepper. Should be an air freshener in a car.
Taste - the pepper was present the entire time, without over powering the chocolate, coffee flavors. The Whiskey and cinnamon presents was very subtle to this balance but complex stout.
Feel - Just the right amount of viscosity for a stout, carbonation was not overpowering
Overall: I would rank this as the 2nd best pepper beer I have ever had and I have had Huna several times, Mexican Cake, Abraxas, Dragon Milk with Chiles and so on. The Perfection to this beer was the consistency to the pepper flavor from front to finish, which enhanced the other flavors, not overpowered them or was too hot to enjoy a full class of the beer. Nicely Done FF.
Not overly burning, but hotter than other beers of this type that I have tasted; I prefer this type of beer in small doses
