Pours an effervescent & slightly hazed gold with one finger eggshell colored head. Below average head retention & lacing
S: Citrus peel, a little mango, Golden Delicious apple & pears once warm
T: Grapefruit, dryness, a touch white grape up front. White grape & pomelo, a real emphasis on dryness & bitterness once warm. Finishes bone dry with a little lemon zest & white grape
MF: Medium body, delicate carbonation, alright balance
This IPA is pretty drinkable, but I looking for a little sweetness to balance this out

A: Pours a lightly hazy pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate lemon yellow + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a couple of medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of dank resinous, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, stone fruit/apricot, and tropical/melon hops with a lighter aroma of strawberry + herbal hops. Light aromas of bready + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of bready + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of dank resinous, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, stone fruit/apricot, and tropical/melon hops with a lighter flavors of strawberry + herbal hops which impart a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with the lighter/thinner mouthfeel that I expected from a Session IPA and well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable, crisp, and refreshing. A very enjoyable hop combination.

@ Fonta Flora
Bright brassy color under a sparse head. Nose is zesty pine, berries, citrus peel, and crunchy malt. Snappy oily Mosaic dankness, herbs, and some pale toast initially in the flavor. Melon, berries, light grapefruit, apricot. Crisp medium-light refreshing feel. A very nice session IPA - easily the best hop-focused beer I've had from FF.
