Look: It pours golden and clear with a white head. Head retention is very good.
Smell: It has a strong grapefruit aroma with a slight bit of grass. There are some melon elements in the background.
Taste: There are strong grapefruit flavors with a bit of melon. There are some citrus elements in the background.
Feel: It has a moderate body with moderately high bitterness is the finish which is long lasting.
Overall, a strong imperial IPA with hints of melons and other fruity flavors that mix well with the grapefruit flavors.

From a month-old can, pours a slightly hazy deep gold. Smell is tropical and dank. Taste is malty sweet and boozy. Feel is on the rich side. Enjoyable but not great.

A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + burnt orange + copper colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/passionfruit, dank resinous, and herbal hops over the top of caramel + toasted + bready malts with a moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of caramel + toasted + bready malts with a moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/passionfruit, dank resinous, and herbal hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness that lingers through the finish.
M: Slightly heavier than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Drinks pretty easily with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable with fairly strong hop flavor + aroma as well as a decent amount of bitterness. More of an old school style DIPA but definitely one that I would get again.
