Appearance: Pours the color of a Cabernet with a thick mauve head; good persistence with spotty lacing
Smell: Tart black raspberry tones dominate but the cherry element also can be discerned; rather oaky, as well
Taste: Tart black raspberry and, to a lesser extent, cherry flavors galore, with the oaky element taking over the middle; in the finish, there is a combination of the tart fruit, a little funk, the drying element from the oak and the pucker from the acidity
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: A blend of two of Fonta Flora's better fruited sours ( 75% Razzmatazz Vol. 2 and 25% Meemaw),, this brings forward the best from both of them
