Appearance: Arrives a cloudy goldenstraw with a one finger head; spotty lacing
Smell: The paw paw aroma is distinct and there are melon tones as well; the Citra and Mosaic impart tropical fruit and berries into the mix
Taste: Papaya, kiwi and berry flavors emerge, with the melon and paw paw elements building; moderate pithy bitterness, through the middle; the paw paw and melon flavors return to linger into the finish though there is a distinct bitterness in the back of the throat
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: IPAs are moving in a lot of directions these days but Fonta Flora is taking a detour from the milkshake and citrus juice trends to push the envelope; this is terrific
