Appearance: Pours a clear raspberry color with a hint of blueberry; the head builds to one finger but fades rather quickly; not much lacing
Smell: Hints of blueberry blend with the vinous Cabernet Sauvignon grape tones; a vague mushroom funk is underneath
Taste: Slightly tart with strong fruit flavors forward; the Cabernet is bold and tempered by the blueberry; just a hint of the mushroom, in the middle, with a fruity and slightly tart finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low carbonation
Overall: Fonta Flora excels with its fruited sour program and this one is among the more interesting ones in their portfolio
