Brewed in collaboration with Olde Hickory Brewery, the OG stout makers of North Carolina. Mashed with southern select two row barley from our good friends at Riverbend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina along with a decadent blend of the finest caramel, chocolate and roasted malts. Fermented cool with our preferred house ale yeast for a luxurious mouthfeel and perfect residual sweetness. Aged additionally with vanilla.

Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a two finger mocha head; good persistence and plenty of squiggles and dots
Smell: Chocolate, cookie dough and vanilla tones with a roasty, charred aspect underpinning
Taste: Chocolate and roast flavors forward with a cookie dough sweetness pervading; the vanilla comes through from start to finish; after the swallow, the charred aspect keeps the sweetness in check
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body; creamy with moderate carbonation
Overall: Reminiscent of the Event Horizon Spectrum series - packs a lot of flavor for an 8% stout
