A: Pours a hazy pale golden yellow in color with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint bright yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a small patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/passionfruit, citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, and stone fruit/peach hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/passionfruit, citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, and stone fruit/peach hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving moderate lingering tropical + citrus hop flavors (predominantly passionfruit).
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly crisp, dry, and soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable and does a great job of highlighting galaxy hops (one of my favorites). Will definitely grab another couple of these to enjoy soon - possibly for Thanksgiving day.
