Appearance: Pours the color of pink grapefruit juice with a one finger head; squiggly lacing
Smell: The cinnamon and vanilla tones blend in the the funky plum and cherry elements
Taste: Tart plum forward with the cherry adding another fruit element; cinnamon infused vanilla tones appear in the mid-palate; the finish is tart and relatively dry
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: An interesting use of spice adjuncts that blend with the tart fruit
