Appearance; Pours a red raspberry color with a mauve head that fades to a ringlet; shards of lacing
Smell: Red raspberry and kiwi tones embraced by lactic funk; the chamomile emerges as the beer warms
Taste: The tart red raspberry fruit bursts forward with kiwi tones playing a complementary role; moderately funky, through the middle, with oak and the chamomile emerging, after the swallow; the finish is fruity but with layers of complexity
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation; somewhat puckery
Overall: RIght up there as one of the best Fonta Flora fruited sours, if not the best
