Burnt gold with a finely bubbled head settling to a persistent blanket and dense collar.
This kicks off with bretty pickle brine and a significant punch of white oak or birch that comes across as splintery and freshly woody, almost like an unlit cigarette. This then softens substantially as it warms and adds a unique lemon-lime tartness before finishing just powder dry. The funk comes across as nutty blue cheese and nougat, while peach notes develop within the tartness, where it continues to softens and slightly sweeten.
