A: Pours a crystal clear bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy sudsy foamy bright white head that quickly reduces to a small patch of slightly mottled very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with a moderate amount of corn adjunct + grainy sweetness. Light aromas of grassy hops and a moderate aroma of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with a moderate amount of corn adjunct + grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of grassy hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshing crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable traditional AAL, perfect for those hot weekend afternoons after a long bike ride or hike.
