Clear, pale golden body; very active carbonation but leaving merely a thin, patchy white head; fizzy. Very floral and tropical on the nose; berries and honey dew melon; sweet and fresh. Delicately sweet taste with some faint citric qualities; lightly acrobatic esters, subtle and inviting; mild hop bitterness lurking in the background. Light to medium in body; somewhat flat and watery yet juicy overall; finishes with a touch of mouth puckering dryness.

This beer careens all over the sensory map. From a subpar look (due to a wispy head) to an incredibly fresh flower and fruit bowl smell, a very intriguing taste, and then a weak mouthfeel. The three hop varietals certainly do their job with the smell and taste factors. This beer has some awesome potential for future iterations, but the brewery's web site lists this as a "one-off", so we may not see it again. It's good points do out-weigh the negatives. It's certainly worth exploring.
