Appearance: Pours a muddy cider color with a plum tinge with a one finger head though the foam spumed from the bottle just a bit; spots stick
Smell: Funky and acetic with tart nectarine and plum elements
Taste: Fruit forward with the nectarine and plum; the sour elements burst into the mid-palate and are joined by some oak and funk in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation; puckery
Overall: Showcases the stone fruit effectively and brings considerable though not overwhelming sourness
