Appearance: Pour cloudy and the color of pink grapefruit fruit juice with just a hint of burnt orange; the head rises to one finger and fades quickly leaving shards and spots
Smell: Sweet Maraschino and tart cherry with cherrywood and just a trace of funk
Taste: A touch of sweet Maraschino lingers from start to finish but the tart cherry is far more prominent; the cherrywood also brings a drying element but the finish has a fair amont of pucker and a trace of funk
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation; modest pucker
Overall: Fonta Flora's fruited sours are always approachable; they may not be the funkiest but I quite enjoy them
