Pours a paddle chill hazed yellow color with a nice thumb sized white head.

Aroma is fruity, light tropical but citrus comes out on top lime, white grapes, peach, good grassy notes with some grainy notes maybe the rice.

Taste is like the nose light crisp citrus fruits with a lingering bitterness like lemon grass. It is diffrent then what most people are doing. Not sure if the lighter flavored hop notes or the rice is the ruling factor but it's interesting at least.

Mouthfeel lighter medium, lightly peppy carbonation makes it seem lighter too.

Overall enjoyable even it is not a regular west coast style.

Picked up a four-pack from the Whippoorwill Farm location 4-16-22 for $15.99. Canned 3-8-22; consumed for review 5-1-22. Also enjoyed three pints while at the Samantha Fish show at the Asheville Salvage Station for $7.00 each.

Beer poured a clear gold with a beautiful white head that has some really nice hang time.

Nose is stone, tropical, and citrus forward.

Taste is a rice/barley malt base that is hopped with some peach, pear, apple, and grapefruit. Finishes with a nice subtle bitterness; 6/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.

Overall a really different beer from all the juicy resiny brews we get these days. The rice adjunct sets the tone and the hop usage is reall
