Appearance: Pours out the color of pink lemonade but totally flat
Smell: Funk and strawberry tones; oaky
Taste: Strawberry fruit, rather tart and slightly sweet; oaky, through the middle, with some funk; the finish is particularly dry and puckery
Mouthfeel: Medium body but flat
Overall: Disappointed by the lack of carbonation here and note that the draft version seems to be well-carbonated; the lack of quality control is an issue
