Again slightly cloudy, pale yellow in color. Thick and frothy white head. Nose is fruity but also peppery. Taste was more grape tasting to me. Very little bitterness.

Constructed of local North Carolina ingredients and piled high with the coveted Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic hops, Fonta Flora hits a high note with their hazy IPA.
Pale and tarnish gold, Well I'll Be builds a creamy eggshell froth and scent of citrus, under ripe tropical fruit, stemmy herbs and peppery botanicals. Its first sip of vanilla wafer, light bread and cookie dough brings a cereal sweetness with crisper malts that invite a brisk hop balance of orange, white grapefruit, white grape, passionfruit, lime and currant that shift the balance to hop bitterness. Spicy in its hop bite, the less-than-smooth finish is laced with black tea, pine sap and peppery resins for a tannic, bitter and slightly astringent after palate.
Medium bodied and trending bitter, the IPA shies away from its smoother finish for something crisp and dry, but doing so with these collections of ingredients and IPA brewing techniques left the flavors and textures in no man's land.
