Appearance: Pours a slightly cloudy honey color with a bubbly head that fades to a collar, leaving a few squiggles
Smell: Acetic funk with hints of green apple, kumquat and lemon
Taste: The acidity dominates from start to finish with green apple, kumquat and lemon adding some complexity; the finish is oaky and dry
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: This has held together nicely since it was released five years ago
