Appearance: Pours a clear light amber color with a quickly fading head; splashy lacing while it lasts
Smell: Extraordinarily funky, with an oaky, lemony acetic tone
Taste: Acetic and tart, at the outset, with a dry, lemony and oaky character; the funk builds, through the middle, bringing a lot of horse blanket into the finish; dry, acetic and funky all around
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with low carbonation; big pucker factor
Overall: Not for the faint of heart, Fonta Flora and Jester King have collaborated here to take a crack at brewing a Lambic style beer and have pulled it off nicely
