Appearance: Pours flat, with a apricot nectar color; no carbonation whatsoever
Smell: Tart rhubarb tempered slightly by the sweet strawberry aspect; some funk in the aromatics
Taste: Rather tart from the outset, with the rhubarb and funk forward; the strawberry adds a hint of sweet fruit but the impact is limited; the finish is sour and dry
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and flat; puckery
Overall: Somewhat disappointed by Fonta Flora on this one; they have a lot of experience with delicately fruited sours and this one is a bit one dimensional and, while the bottle warns the user to be ready for immediate pouring, there was no carbonation whatsoever
