Hazy dark yellow. Nice citrus & berry hop aroma and flavor with good honey character. Good balance with light sweetness from the honey, but not cloyingly so. Med bodied & creamy smooth.

Collaboration beers rarely elevate final product to anything that either brewery couldn't do on their own, but Fonta Flora and Trillium brewers beg to differ. Their collaboration ale is creating quite the bzzzz.
Celebrating the Mosaic hop, hit with rye and dipped in local honey, Bzzzz pours with a common cloudiness topped with a soft white meringue. As the juicy scent of tropical fruit looms, notions of gently toasted cereal, cream, spice, herb and citrus soon follow. Sweet on the palate, the ale's floral upstart translates to honeysuckle, cereal and soft serve early in taste. A gradual creep of hops add suggestions of pink grapefruit, lime and orange peel with more tropical flavors of passionfruit and papaya eventually taking hold. Trending softly bitter, the peppery grit of rye is soothed with a blanket of honey that keeps the sweetness front and center.
Trending herbal with black tea, hemp, verbena and sassafras gives the finish a fragrant woodsiness before a malty-sweet closure and a plumply fruity afterglow.
