Color is very light straw, almost like a lemonade, and I actually get lemon in there. It's actually a pretty dominant note. Virtually no carbonation. I know this is an odd one..... but I got hotdog when I first smelled it. It smelled like hotdogs on the grill. It continues to have an odd funk, but it isn't bad. It's a good beer. The more I drink it the more I confirm the odd hotdog and lemonade taste.
