Appearance: Poured full can into a large tulip glass, yielding a murky pineapple orange juice base, and a brief white head leaving just a semblance of a ring around the rim and momentary carbonation bubble rising to the top. 3.5
Aroma: Funky white wine, bold and delicious. 4.25
Taste: Consistent with aroma, fresh white grapes, other fruit flavors noted though not added, include cherry, tangerine and peach. Very nice. 4.5
Mouthfeel: Nominal carbonation adds slightly to the sweet watery body. Tart, consistent for the style, nice level of funkiness, cherry white wine finish. 4.25
Overall: This is a solid wild ale, nice levels of funk and fruit medley based on simple local ingredients of muscadine grapes and local well water. Well done! 4.25
