a perennial-style hazy double india pale ale dry-hopped with mosaic, superdelic, strata and mosaic hyperboost
Back in 2021, the crew at Fonta Flora set out to perfect their already stellar Hazy IPA game. How, you ask? Simple — by collaborating with some of the best juice slingers in the business and getting on their wavelength. Thus, the Unusual Frequency series was born. And today’s 12th installment might be the most dialed-in yet! For this one, the Carolina crew teamed up with their friends at Perennial. They leaned into the St. Louis legends’ approach and crafted luscious juicebomb dripping with nectar from a dry hopping of Mosaic, Superdelic, Strata, and Mosaic Hyperboost.
Tasting Notes
Notes of candied orange peel, stone fruit, and mixed berries reverberate through the creamy sip. Building hints of earthy dankness crescendo on the finish, beautifully balancing out the malty sweetness before giving way to a creamy finish.
