A West Coast-style India Pale Ale dry-hopped with Krush Cryo, Chinook and Citra Cryo.
Brewed with water from our wells along with 84% local ingredients
Dreamt up in collaboration with our great friends at Trophy Brewing of Raleigh, North Carolina. Mashed with our standard base of local two row pilsner malt along with a dash of dextrin malt and flaked oats for a sturdy bod. Intensely hopped in the brewhouse and fermenter with a unique blend of krush cryo, chinook and citra cryo. Fermented with our preferred and classic house westy yeast strain for maximum dryness and ultimate crushability.
With a backbone boasting firm assertive bitterness and full hop saturation, this clear and crushy west coasty has us smitten with the hop blend. A fun blend for us featuring new varietals we’ve not used before along with one that every homebrewer in the early aughts was using, the result is a layered symphony of dank tropical fruits.
Sharing a wildly similar launch and journey in the brewing industry, we have long been smitten with the beers our friends in the NC triangle have been putting out. Synonymous with Raleigh, NC, Trophy Brewing is a household name and we are honored to release this liquid with them.
