A blended barleywine-style ale double barrel-aged in bourbon and carlisle wine barrels Brewed with water from our wells along with 54% local ingredients Mashed with local barley malt along with a unique and complex blend of the world’s very finest caramel and crystal malts. Fermented with our preferred house ale yeast for a robust, layered and full bodied drinking experience. Aged in saturated bourbon barrels and finished in carlisle wine barrels.

We’ve been pouring our hearts into our barleywine program and we think our 12th birthday namesake is yet another maillard masterpiece. As they say, the proof is in the pudding.

Dripping with sticky dried fruits, barrel depth, nutty nuances and complemented by swaths of salted vanilla, creme brulee and vinous complexities, Birthdaywine helps us celebrate what it means to turn 12 in craft beer. Happy 12th Birthday to us. Stay sticky, y’all!
