Happy Valley Brewing Co. "NNitro ZZerbert"
$5.50/10 oz. @ the brewery on 9 August 2017
Notes: Very hazy brownish-ruby body beneath a creamy white and lightly pinkish head. Excellent head retention and lacing. The aroma delivers sweet raspberries and golden malt. The flavor is the same with a real raspberry taste that's only subtly tart, and surprisingly not sweet either - just sweetish. It's not bitter either which leads to a semi-dry finish with lingering raspberry and malt but it's not sticky or cloying. Medium-light in body and creamy due to the nitrogen pour.
