Refreshing and dry.
That is a difficult combination often, but there are ways to improve this wit.
First, it is not Imperial at 6.5 ABV. (At that low level, 'imperial" merely is marketing.)
Second, this is twice as clear as it is cloudy. Usually wits are twice the reverse, twice as cloudy as anything clear.
Third, there is too little fruit. Wits have bananas and juicy hard tree fruits like apples/pears. I get very little here.
Fourth, this is dry and hoppy and wits are salivating, sweet and fruity.
I've only had one beer from Faction, but based on this one I may never go back if I am looking for a wit.
My first from Faction. I went on their website and they seem cut from Berkeley's irreverent bolt of cloth. That said, they should probably stick to their knitting and make IPAs and PAs to the West Coast palate.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
