definitely the worst beer ive had from grist, if you can call this apple juice a beer. sweet and like concentrate apple juice, i am missing the beer aspect almost entirely. certainly no yeast or hops to take in here, and the grain is so light that its lost to the apple sugars, which are intense. i can see the appeal of this one too though, maybe something for the ladies (those who dont enjoy beer), or for those looking for something a little different, but the fact that this is called a lager is troubling to me. i dont taste the yeast, and it has no finish at all, just long fruity sweetness for miles. it doesnt seem done fermenting to me, there is a lot left in this one. carbonation is a little low, and its filling way more so than it ought to be. i like the spirit of ingenuity here, but the result is pretty poor on the whole.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
