Burning Sky continues in the middle ground of interpreting the Belgian tradition (saisons are for the table), but not over-interpreting (not too tart for the table, like too many American interpreters.)
Le Coeur Looks inviting, but has less foam than its lesser-tart competition in the saison field. Smells are mostly barnyard, but there is farm-orchard autumn fruit in the back of my nose. Tastes are only slightly acidic and, as stated, a restrained tart. A nice dry finish. Medium-mouthed, but on the light side.
I'm like Burning Sky. They are the real Belgian deal on England's southern coast as near as I can tell.
