Our summer seasonal spawned from a collaboration with East Coast Yeast and a new Saison yeast strain developed by Al. First brew batch so far and we anticipate tweaking it a bit more as time goes on.

64 oz growler from the brewery.
Hazy, amber colored brew with a one-finger head. Light citrus fruit, earthy hops, and a little funk in the aroma. Lots of spice from the yeast. Dry finish and medium bodied. Not the most complex beer, but a good local saison.
