This grew on me. On tap at The Mayor. Bi-coastal even though listed as a hazy. Dank, spicy, only a sipper but quaffable. What's good about it? Only mildly abrasive on the palate.

Tall can…I’m told to “enjoy fresh”, but no freshness info is anywhere to be found.
Fully juiced and clouded pour, ample fine lace and sheeting is left on the glass.
Ripe tropical fruit sniff.
Loaded with all the usual tropical and ripe fruit suspects, pineapple, mango, melon, lime. Fresh and flavorful, complex and well crafted…fine stuff…go get some

This is a poor representation of the style and main hop in my opinion, this was canned this month and tastes stale and boozy, it's getting a little better but those first two sips were not good. I really don't look to this brewery for hoppy beers. Try the sours instead. I might also be biased because I tried Hot Dog Time Machine before this which is a superior double.

Thanks, Nick!
Got this and a host of other good stuff from Nick. Generally a big fan of Wiley Root beers, but not their hazy and hoppy stuff from the few I tried. Online description calls for a, “New England Double IPA with Citra hops.”
Poured a medium yellow-to-golden hazy color with three fingers of frothy off-white head. Could not see any bubbles coming up underneath the head. World-class uneven spiderweb lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled big Citra, grapefruit, lemon, lime zest, citrus rind and pine. Much of the same from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted even better than the nose. Super smooth for 8.5 pct. Huge Citra, grapefruit, lemon zest, lime, citrus rind, pine and lingering peppery spice. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Dry finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Really liked this one. May have even underrated it. Tons of Citra in this bad boy. Excellent. (Overall - 4.25)
