An OK wild ale but not that outstanding. The cranberry is strong, almost too much. Beyond the cranberry, it's not great either.

Wow...unique in the slap your face sour followed by a vanilla-esqe mouthfeel at the end. Digging this one!!

District 9 Brewing "Carnaval"
12 fl. oz. brown glass bottle (the ink jet best-by date is scratched off)
$3.49 @ Knightly Spirits O.B.T., Orlando, FL
Look: Slightly hazy straw gold body beneath a short head of bright white that fades shortly. No lacing is left behind.
Smell: Sweetish with a note of vanilla, and fruity with a suggestion of acidity.
Taste: Both tart and sweet, and thus not exactly puckering. Fruity but nondescript, and mildly funky. The vanilla gives it the appearance of a fuller flavor than it really has. Subtly oaky and dry in the finish. Refreshing.
Feel: Light bodied and effervescent.
Overall: Quite interesting, and remarkably refreshing and easy to drink.
