Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft, thick head.
Smell is bready and a bit crackery with notes of citrus and knäckebröd. Clean and crisp.
Taste is crisp and bready with a slight yeasty hint. Moderate bitterness and notes of citrus, knäckebröd, rye and grapefruit rind.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable pilsner.
