On tap at the brewery.
Copper to brownish amber in hue. Nice head develops about a finger or so in height and then settles slowly to a thin ring. Light retention, slight lacing.
Nose and flavor carry a nice, subtle caramel to toffee sweetness enhanced by some mild fruit notes. A mild hint of brown bread and wet grain come in too.
Mouthfeel is light to medium with low carbonation.
Really solid.

On tap at Brew At The Zoo held at the Los Angles Zoo in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a clear dark orange with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, toast, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, caramel, and fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of toast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is basic but tasty.
