Pours an almost clear golden color with a fluffy, creamy, and sticky white head that laces well. Smells of pine, citrus, and something herb like I can't quite place. Tastes piney, resinous, and lightly of crackers with toasted sesame. The feel is so unique. The lactose definitely leaves its signature imparting a rich and creamy feel to compliment the medium bitterness and dry finish. Overall, this is a unique and delicious brew, but don't get much of the spices mentioned on the label. Cheers!

Poured from a 16oz can into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a light cloudy gold color, with a short white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains grassy hops, citrus, caramelized malts and a hint of lactose.

T: The taste starts out with a strong grassy hops bitterness that is quickly followed by some creaminess from the lactose. Then some sweet flavors of citrus and caramel come in. The malt character is hearty and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.

M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, good kick, good variation of style, this is a very solid IPA to drink for a long time.
