Thanks goes out to TheManiacalOne for this brew.

16 oz. Can

Poured into a tulip a hazy golden pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice quick/foamy one-finger white head, which also leaves minimal sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, with some cherry blossoms, rice, tart, citrusy. The taste is very nice, malty, yeasty, tart, with some cherry blossoms, and rice. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a very nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this one surprised me very tasty brew. Glad I got a chance to try this. Thanks Mark!

Poured from a 16oz can into a tulip glass.

A: The beer is a light gold color with a thin white head that fades very quickly and leaves a very thin lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains cherries, wheat, rice and light caramelized malts.

T: The taste starts out with some tart flavors of cherries and citrus. Then a mild breadiness comes in from wheat, rice and a thin malt character followed by a bit of Gose-like saltiness. There is a very good balance for the style. The after-taste is slightly tart.

M: Smooth and very crisp, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is dry and clean.

O: Tasty, goes down easily, not filling at all, very mild kick, very good representation of style, this is a solid sour beer to drink for a while if you’re in the mood for the style.

16oz. can served in a Spiegelau ale glass. Canned 6/14/17. Pours a lovely pale yellow with a slight haze and a fluffy, 1.5 inch bright white head. Copious tiny bubbles are present effervescing in-solution and adhering to the walls of the glass. Nose is delicate and bright - notes of brine, citrus and cherries. Taste is quite pleasant - consistent with nose; however, the rice comes out forming the backbone and leaving a residual sweetness. Citrus and cherries are present, yet not as assertive as in the nose. Finishes with a light medicinal quality reminiscent of cherry Sucrets. Mouthfeel is light in body with a lively carbonation and a mild acidity. Overall, drinkable and refreshing. An excellent example of the style and perhaps the best Gose I've had to date. Hope to see this added as a summer staple.
